For non-credit card, state fund registrations, include your chartfield information in the “Comments” field PRIOR to moving to the payment section. The system-wide Interagency Financial Transaction (IFT) will bill your campus directly for the registration using your chartfield. Consult your campus on how to reflect IFT billings because you will not receive a receipt for registration. Auxiliary, Foundation or Extended Ed funds will receive an invoice.
