The College of Health, Human Services and Nursing is committed to assisting our students so that services normally provided on campus can be completed, reviewed and submitted in a timely manner. In order to process the documents listed below, they must be reviewed and the associated fees must be received.

*BSN Orientation -$52

*Change of Graduation date -$10

*Petition for Exception -$10

Once you have completed the appropriate form, please email it to: SONdepartment@csudh.edu
*all items must be scanned (no pictures allowed)

Online payments are solely for the convenience of individuals paying the document fee by credit card. Any person, who pays the fee and then does not submit the appropriate form, will be responsible for this fee in full.
